As of a week ago, the Asbury office no longer signs for packages (UPS, Fed Ex, anything needing a signature). I do not know whether they will continue to accept and hold packages sent via regular mail which are simply too big to fit in the boxes. Presumably the details will be addressed in a forthcoming memo.

Apparently some packages were recently lost after the office staff signed for them. This new policy is intended to address that problem.

Opinions?
